Hello fellow questors, I have a 87 quest with good mods. I wanted to install a maf-t, but i noticed it would'nt power up. My current mas plug wires were barely hanging by a thread literally. So i order a plug from a member, cut my plug, and wired the new plug in. Since then my car has not run. I dont no if cutting the plug has interferred with the connection to the ecu or not. I even tried to run a 1g to see if that was the problem but i cant get her to start( she turns over)! the wires are close in color ,maybe I matched them incorrectly. Can some please help me eliminate if cutting the plug messes up the signal or has it been done before without issues.

I could use one of these! Any left? I want the black powder coated one.
