here's the lowdown; 74,000 miles; was an auto, previous owner changed to a 5 speed- fidanza flywheel & new clutch last year. short throw shifter; he installed the pedals just a little too close to the gas pedal, i never did get around to moving them. ARE 5 star rims, tires have plenty of tread. 16g turbo, CNM exhaust, CNM cam, boost compensating FPR, autometer boost gauge & fuel meter, eibachs, '83 hood, 1st gen MAF, bypass valve, HKS elbow, balance shafts removed, jet valves disabled, ARP head studs. body is straight, very small rust spot on driver side rear wheel well. paint is faded from car sitting outdoors past 3 years. the bad- i replaced the exhaust manifold gasket this spring, had to helicoil a stripped stud, & i don't think i did a good enough job, because it has no low rpm power at all, until it hits about 3000 rpm. this is the only thing i can think that would make it run like that. i'll try to find a friend w/ a digital camera & snap some pics this weekend, until then i can try to send some w/my phone (402)203-1857 asking $2000 OBO also, it has a four row radiator, anything else i can think of i'll add later marty p.s. i'll throw in a new set of hardpipes (i can't even remember who i bought them from) & a GM MAS w/ translator, didn't get around to installing these

for $9000, i'd want the hood to match the rest of the car...

i have to ask- what is the advantage of an 8 gal. fuel cell? it seems you would have to go to the gas station every day

What I would like to see is sort of a "MPI for dummies" section, something that would explain E.V.E.R.Y.T.H.I.N.G. Prices, how to install, etc. It's asking a lot, I know, but I would have ordered a system a long time ago if I understood everything better

ramquest, you don't know how right you are. Unfortunately, I didn't see this post (I'm currently on the 3rd stage of the aformentioned setup) and it is actually a little hotter than with my stock radiator! :-[i'm now on to step 4. Anyone want to buy a used griffin radiator?
