Well problem solved for now .What I did is put the stock knock box(spark box) back into car and ran megasquirt tach input of the neg of the coil and folled the mega manual for constants settings and the car fired right up.Now how do I switch to 12x12 map instead of 8x8?

Ok I have a 87 STARION AND INSTALLED A ms1 v2.2 fuel only my problem is when done the entire engineharness was removed and now I can not get spark .What I am using is a mds6a w/blaster coil 4 prong gm hei modual w/ resiter installed on hei I get no spark at all nothing nada I am thinking i am missing something for wiring .I was also thinking of putting stock modual back in but dont know if it will work without the stock ecu.If i try to put it back in does the pressure sensor,stock ecu, and knock sensor have to be used?

Anyway you can tell me how to exaclty hook up the ingition entire harneess is removed have evrything but tacxh adapter

well thats were i kinda screwed up i took out the entire stock harness fuel works no spark got the gm hei module ,ms1 2.2 and cant get no spark tried vr input on msd everything but the msd tach adapter

how is the ingition hook up on the car how do you get the spark 6al? or stock modual

Maybe someone can help me out a litlle I fell like a dumb a** but here I go I am installing a ms1 2.2 fuel only my question is this what exacltly do you recomend I do with the ingition setup I have a 6al but I have come across so many diffrent ways to do but do not know which one I should do because eveyone else is using a ms2 or ms1 v3.0 what rout should I do everything is done but the ingnition setup.

The problem is no one ever says exactly how to hook up anything the right way it is always left open what wires go where? what wheres do you leave?where do the ones you leave go, how do they go I mean this has a sticky for what it is a very poor informative trend

does it sit in stock locaction and hieght? If so it will have the problem I did my compressor hit the manifold gt42r is too big
