So I sent my injectors out to be cleaned and flow tested and one of them is leaking externally. Im looking for 1 injector to replace it, preferably one that is know to be good and clean. Thanks for the help

I agree, you need to check fuel delivery and spark. You are just trying to get it to fire up right now, so just focus on the basics. Your engine needs air, fuel, and a good spark to ignite it. As long as you have those three things and the timing isnt off she should at least start. Good luck

I would have to agree with Dodge2004srt4, pressure is building in the tank and causing the pump to shut off cuz it thinks your full. Try pumping the fuel a little slower and it should help out. You have to keep in mind that in the 80's fuel pumps didn't pump fuel as quickly as they do today. -
cleared codes and drove her again, still getting O2 code. No fuel in the fuel pressure vac line, but still gonna rebuild throttle body and have injectors sent out for cleaning.
