  1. lol that was meant to be a pm.
  2. i saw the post. im interested. btw do you have a black cluster hood and a headlight switch? i notice that you have a lot of stuff for sale
  3. plus i doubt that the trans will hold up the first time you put 500 hp to it, nevermind 700.
  4. id customize the engine block to be exactly the same as a 4g63. you can do it for cheaper and easier with a 63. not saying it cant be done with the good 'ol 54, itll just be more expensive and harder. not too many people one here are making those kind of numbers with a 54
  5. cracked my head in 3 places, need a good head, doesnt matter if its bare of not. needs to e straight, my machine shop takes forever to do anything, so decking the head would be a huge pita. would prefer a njv head but a jv head would be ok if the price was right. needs to have cam caps. located on the "jersey shore" (god, i hate saying that).
  6. pmed about gauge hood and torque tube
  7. i bought a rebuilt s16g in a 12a housing for 450 off scottygibb like a year ago. i love it. mots people will agree that its the best street turbo. its certainly one of the biggest you can bolt on and not have to modify your fuel system. plenty 'o fun. you should look into one. just make sure its a 12a housing, not a dsm (talon/eclipse/evo) housing.
  8. My friend wants to sell her mini so i'm posting it up here for her. It's a White 2006 Mini Cooper 1.6l automatic. 98k miles. It has power windows, locks, panoramic glass sunroof, a/c, tinted windows, alloy wheels, always waxed and well maintained, fresh oil change. Heated leather seats, immaculate in and out. You won't find a cleaner mini anywhere. she is asking $9500. Call or text me 732-503-3969. My name is Bill http://i36.photobucket.com/albums/e8/billmongold/016.jpg http://i36.photobucket.com/albums/e8/billmongold/015.jpg http://i36.photobucket.com/albums/e8/billmongold/014.jpg http://i36.photobucket.com/albums/e8/billmongold/013.jpg http://i36.photobucket.com/albums/e8/billmongold/012.jpg http://i36.photobucket.com/albums/e8/billmongold/010.jpg http://i36.photobucket.com/albums/e8/billmongold/009.jpg
  9. either you sucked something in or that thing has a lot of shaft play. you may have metal shards in your engine and intercooler. i wouldnt drive it... that thing could grenade and take your motor with it.
  10. thanks... but its a rust free car with a freshly built motor... its about going price for a car like mine... maybe a little under average.
  11. i will have an 87 atlantic blue conquest for sale on the jersey shore in a month or two... just have to pick the motor up from the machine shop and put it in. it will have a fresh motor, 89 trans... everything in my sig. id be looking for like 4g
  12. you would have to use a 300zx trans... im not aware of any adapters to use that motor with our trans... and you'd have to do normal swap stuff (engine management, plumbing, gauges, exhaust... etc) if youre gonna swap it, id just got with the 4g63. lots of info on it on here and overall, prob cheaper if you can find a wideblock and just swap the internals.
  13. i saw the post... that head looks kinda rusty. how much you want for the used njv head?
  14. pistons look just like my wisecos but its hard to tell just from the top.
  15. had a cracked head, need a new one. pretty self explanatory... would like a njv head/ also my torque tube has play in it so i need the tt shaft and gear that goes on the pinion.
  16. ive broken 1 oem line and 2 replacement lines.
  17. i wish i lived closer. someones getting a hella deal. i would trade you a built 4g54 short block for that.
  18. howd you find that out so quick? ive been doing searches for hours. and that the oil feed, not the banjo bolts for the coolant, right?
  19. ive broken 3 steel lines... does anyone know what thread goes into the turbo? i would re-tap it, but i dont wanna buy a bottoming tap and i dont like the idea of shavings in my turbo oil hole.
  20. i was going to make one... itd be cheaper to get the metal than to drive out there. if you'd ship, id consider it, depending on price... im also just getting my conquest back together after a horrible rod bearing failure.
  21. i know the one into the turbo is bpt, but does anyone know what size exactly or where to get the correct adapter? also what size is the other side of the line? 1/8" npt? i wanna make my own line and i don't wanna waste money on guesses.
  22. cool, thats what i figured... im interested in using this manifold as well.
  23. it would help if you said what kinda truck it is. look inside the bulb socket and make sure the contacts arent corroded. the sockets are known to fail.
