I'm originally from Illinois. I lived in wyoming for a year and then moved to NC. I have had my 90 talon tsi for 5 years. Bought it for $900 with a bad ecu and 97000 miles on it. Now i have almost 17000 on her and i love this car. Just ask BC99. I could not trade it. If i lived any were that got a decent amount of snow i would not sell it. Parts are reasonable and way easier to get than the quest. Now dont get me wrong i love the quset i have two my self but you live in Ohio and they get snow so i think you would be crazy to get rid of it if you dont have a winter beater and these cars are so much fun in the snow. I think a energy suspension bushing kit is $150.00 bucks. Brake calipers are cheap. The quest you are looking at looks sharp but you already have a nice one by the looks of your pics. If it were me i would keep the talon. But either way good luck.

I think it turned out well. I did tell you to remove that ring to lol. I'm sure we have a carbide bit some were laying around the shop. Cant wait to see it on the car with all the other goodies you have going on. Hopefully she is ready for the fall so you can enjoy the nice weather cruising down the road. I agree about the awd but if he is a good driver and slips the clutch enough and keeps the turbo spooled up he will have him off the line. I'm just speaking from experience with my 90 talon tsi. But i think he is probably not a very good driver. I think the quest will pull on him once the quest hits 2nd gear. If the guy with the sleath had a few bolt ons and the boost turned up and a aftermarket clutch it would be a close race. I still think that they are both sweet cars.

I like the ken block videos and i think he seems like a cool guy but i dont think he is that good of a driver. The only reason he is in the position he is in is because of money. I think tanner is a better driver but he is an tail. Neither one have any thing on Colin McCray or marcos Ambrose or the Unsers and what about Travis pastrana. He has really come around as a good driver and he won the championship. One thing is for sure they are all lucky that there job is to drive bad a** race cars for a living.

I have always liked the 3000gt better than the sleath. They are bad a** cars. They are a little heavy but for there time they were cool and with some mods they can be very fast. I think if it was healthy and he new how to drive from a dead stop you would have your work cut out for you. If he launched it at 6000rpm he should have at least a car link on you. Not saying you wouldn't pull on him after that but that awd pulls hard off the line. He sounds like a dumb a** because if it was a little wet out when you wanted to race he would have an advantage because of the awd. I'm glad you beat him and in my opinion the eclipse awd and the 3000gt vr4 and the conquset are all bad a** mitsubishi's and if i could only own all three i would be so happy.

As the title says i have some parts for sale. Everything is obo with in reason and buyer pays shipping and pay pal fees. -Stock rebuilt head jv. New valve seals. The guides look in good shape and no cracks in the head. Comes with valves springs cam retainers and lifters. Everything you need to bolt it on the car mines the valve cover. Asking $225.00 -Stock head with 140000 miles on it. No cracks in the head and came off a running car. Comes with everything but valve cover. Asking $100.00 -stock intercooler condition good. Asking $40.00 -Stock head for a 4g63. This is the head from a 90-94 4g63 turbo. The head has new valve seals and comes with stock cams valves springs valves. Everything you need to bolt on except for a valve cover. This is a great deal for some one wanting to do a 4g63 swap. Asking $275.00 -94 4g63 block and crank. Comes with block that is bored 20 over crank new oil pump and balance shaft deleted and oil pan. Asking $150.00 -4g63 clutch masters 7bolt flywheel. Never ran in the car. This is a great buy brand new go for $400.00 Great for a swap. Asking $200.00 - I have 4 stock rods and three hypereutectic pistons std bore with rings on them. They all look in great condition. Are the rear calipers on the car. And if so are they one piston or two. This is a good upgrade. I have always wanted to do this on the conquest. It would be a perfect setup.

The Honda is the way to go. Fix the porshe and then sell it and buy a Honda or go buy a used impreza or a truck. If it were me i would get the Honda they will run forever.

Wouldn't it just be easier and more efficient to build your own manifold and do a mustang tb on the end of if. You could build a short runner manifold with the tb on the end of it so that your inter cooler plumbing is shorter and comes up buy the battery. Then just run mega squirt and get rid of all the mitsu sensors that are hard to find and go with ford on the tb and GM on the rest and then you could run speed density? Just a thought.
