No its not "good" all the chewed up bearing material has been pumping through the engine and it needs completely torn down and rebuilt. Its in the oil cooler too. You need to pull the rocker assembly too, it can even chew the head and cam up. It can clog up hydraulic lifters. Its in the old sludge in the oil pan stuck along the edges and under the baffles.1 point
