i think there is a bit more left in there but i didnt want to crank the boot on the first outing and break anything

and Matt gave me a DSM link to install i think that will help tune better than the maf trans

Well I just picked up a 4g64 today out of a d50 and i am also picking up a 2jz-ge this week (I really want to put this one in) but it will be easier to bolt the stock tranny in with the other.

Did you gain that power by just leaning it out? And I was going to congratulate you on holding good power till 7 grand, but since it's a 4g6x, that is more understandable. Nice power anyway.

 

 

yea that was just leaning it with the MAF-T. im hoping to get that DSM link in it in the next month and hit the dyno again with 24PSI, thats the boost OB was running when it hit 488.

 

and the timing feels like maby it could take about another 5deg (will have to read the pluds to see) but i think its only running at 15deg total

yea 7k rpm on a dsm isnt screaming and with the cams it should carry it over 8k

 

in all honesty i feel she could hit 600 rwhp on the street i can just feel there is so much more left in her

yes forced performance red for a DSM but im not all too happy with it i may come up for sale soon as im looking into a garrett and a header

 

FP reds are just 20g's that have the compressor housing boared and then they take a garrett GT40 wheel and trim it to fit the housing with a DSM tdo6h
