MightyMaxGS-T
I just got a Fidanza flywheel because I couldn't find a good used flywheel, what kind of gains or differences should I be expecting? What is the downside to installing this?
Technology
should rev quick as crap. might not "spool" the turbo as much by just revving, (less load on the engine - less boost). if you have trouble idleing, it might rev really low or stall, but i don;t have one, you'd have to ask about that. MightyMaxGS-T
Can anyone say they had a problem idling with this flywheel?
Yellow_quest
you'll love it.....at 11 lbs installed it's alot lighter then the 34lb stocker (240MM) Get it balanced 1st....make sure it's at a zero balance b-4 you put it on....have the PP with it also so the both of them are balanced together. it will rev like a honda, make sure your valve train is in tip top shape. Boosted_One
It's really great! Worst thing I saw is if you are in say 4th gear doing 35MPH it will shudder a bit. But who drives around in 4th doing 35MPH? It actually spools faster because the motor can rev XX amount quicker due to less recipricating mass. You'll love it.
