BOOSTED88tsi
I'm thinking about it, its just. that the 9s for the front are such a weak offset....+30. When I bought them I was told that they were 0's. We'll se though..

SFBMX88
I would like more info on this baffled oil pan. Where did you get the rims from? Ive been thinking about some Mustang replicas for the flatty, but wasnt sure about the quality. Any pics of the back sides of those wheels? Are they jwl/via certified? Also, there is a 12a with some shaft play at the newark pick n pull. It has 134,xxx miles on it. See you at Thunderhill on the 26th man! BOOSTED88tsi
Picked up a 12a from diego (star240z)today. Plan on going to the pick in pull tomorrow to pick up the idler arm and oil pan from the car there. On the last baffle scotty don't welded a flat piece of sheetmetal in the pan where it starts to rise, so on hard launchs the oil will hit the sheetmetal and not be able to go up the hill and to the back of the pan. Ill take pics. As for the wheels there are multiple companys that make them, mine to have the same stamp as the stock wheels.... For the flatty i would get the dip dish reps, thats what i really want but i dont want to spend any more money ahaha. http://www.cruizinconceptswholesale.com/images/Wheels/wheelreplicas/2003cobradeepdishblkchr_lg.jpg

SFBMX88
How did your cobra replicas balance out? Did it take alot of weight? Thinking about picking up the FR500s for the flatty, but have read some negative reviews about the quality of those type of replica wheels. Earl
did you decide which wheels you want to go with?
BOOSTED88tsi
I dont really know about the balancing, they ride fine though ahaha. I dropped off my new 225/40/18 falken azenis at my friends house (for free mount/balance)tonight with the smoothies so those will be going on the quest. Ill throw them on friday hopefully with the spillter and take some pics.

BOOSTED88tsi
If the tire shop I go to is open Thursday probably Friday. I've been working 400 miles a way the past two months during the week which is killing it, ill post pics up in a bit.
BOOSTED88tsi
Front wheels are on the car with 225 40 azenis. These tires a handfull we have a local cloverleaf onramp thats pretty fun to mess around on. On stone cold tires, took the turns at 45 with no problems and an alignment that is beyond fubar. Also at the end of the turn the back end gets light, i flicked it a little once and booom. Mad driftz yo!

Got the rears on the car and TRIED to drive with the 25mm spacer on. http://i95.photobucket.com/albums/l150/BOOSTED88TSI/IMG_20101224_144928.jpgDidn't work out to well. Took the spacer off and everything is good now, just a little sunk. Also my dad hooked it up with a sparco seat for x-mas http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc4/hs1216.snc4/156882_1765250019554_1488258324_31942597_5858285_n.jpgSo that will go in the car soon. Ill put up a side shot of the car later because the airdam is still off, but 5 inches of lip looks craaaaaaaaaazy.
