im going to do a writeup tonight on these connectors and how you use/make the connector. The only problem with these connectors is buying the tool to crimp them. You can get a hand crimp one pretty cheap, but i bought a 200$ adjustable one to make things easy. Ill try and find a cheap crimper online and show you what you need (usually one of these tools runs about 20-40$ for a good one, which isnt bad considering its the only really expensive part about it).

Seriously, all SQ owners should jump on this. Once you start getting into your electrical system, you really start to realize how crappy your 20 year old wiring is. I made a whole new wiring harness for my car, rewired my fans, and everything else.

Ok guys, heres a break down ive got on a kit started.

This kit will be a starter kit for those interested in touching up your electrical connectors/system...

Kit will include...

-3 different cavity seals at a quantity of 10 each size (30 total)

-3 different terminal sizes at a quantity of 10 each size (30 total)

-2 female 2-way connectors

-2 male 2-way connectors

-5 female 3-way connectors (most used)

-5 male 3-way connectors (most used)

-3 square 4-way male connectors

-3 square 4-way female connectors

-5 cavity plugs (if you were to use a 3 way connector on a 2 wire sensor, you plug the extra hole)

So essentially you will be able to do a total of 10 connections (or 20 filled connectors counting male/female).

I can have these kits to you for a 40$ shipped, and includes everything you need besides the tool of course.

Im planning to do a writeup on these to show you how to make the connectors and how to use the tool.

I would like to see the inside of the injector clips, and if they're rounded, I'll take 2 please.

i dont think it matters, these are the same ones im using on my car...

it matters... why risk cracking a $350 injector over a $5 pigtail?

no i mean it doesnt matter with these because im using them on my car and my injectors arent cracked. If they cracked injectors i would have noticed some resistance when i plug mine in all the time.

its hard to make a complete kit because there are so many connectors that i dont even use (gutted stuff) or ive changed my electrical system so much i cant really base a kit off of.

What someone needs to do is tell me how many of the common connectors there are that should be changed, and how many wires are on that sensor IE-

TSP sensor- 3 wires on each side

ISC connector- 3 wires on each side

etc

etc

etc

That way i know how many off each connector to order, and how many parts to put in each kit. Then ill just throw in extra seals and terminals just incase.

Sound good? anyone up for it? if someone wants to do a good job and do that, ill hook you up with a kit for half the price of whatever the kit comes up...

The injector pigtails are 5$ each or 8$ for two.

Paypal is meriza_1@msn.com

Ill have that writeup ready for you guys tomorrow..

the address you're listing is not valid and if I make it without the blank meriza1@msn.com then it says unverified address and I'm sure you're not new to payupal. I'm double-checking your profile and will send $8 to a valid address if I find it. Need clips shipped asap. thanks-chas.
