1st_gen_eclipse_89
Has any adult ever owned a CRX ? is that the question ? i dont think any kids where buyin them when they first came out back in 1985-1991, so im pretty sure some adults did back then. with gas prices where they are today, driving a CRX getting 30-45 mpg wouldn't be a childish thing to do. there's more leg room in my CRX that any car i've owned, including my lincolns. have you ever driven or owned a CRX scotty?? 1st_gen_eclipse_89
no time slips. they wont let me on the track cause i have no door handles.dyno is coming. i have some serious lag, but once its in the boost, she's a rocket. hoping the P&P on the head will help. also got a hard time keeping it smooth when its idling after i've been up in the boosting alot. i think its my ICM. my missing link isnt doing its job. dont think it was meant to handle this much boost. if i start out from a cold start and drive around, she's fine up to 10 psi. anything over that kicks on my check engine light and the idle gets eratic. im getting boost in the vacuum system that controls my idle i think. one problem at a time though. soulja620
Im not too keen on body kits myself, but its cool! The motor makes it way more respectable... good luck!
1st_gen_eclipse_89
Im not too keen on body kits myself, but its cool! The motor makes it way more respectable... good luck! yeah, im not too keen on the body myself. i bought it like that from my cousin for $400 with no engine or tranny. i figured i'd use as a test bed for my engine. i've yanked this motor in and out about 5 or 6 times already. i wouldn't want to have to do that on a CRX with a decent body on it. in this thing i really dont care. if i go for a test run and lose it or something, i could care less about the body. its border line rice to me. when motor is where i want it to be, then i'll find a nice clean stock CRX to drop it in. i'll have all JDM interior swapped into the new one and keep the sleeper look on the outside.
