BaltTSI, i did not disconnect any lightings. this gauge kit comes with a little control box. this control box has 4 overlay wire inputs, dimmer swich, blue/green color selecting switch and two wires(red and black) for 12v power. wires from the overlays plug into this conrol box and two wires(red and black) from the control box need to be hooked up to any 12v power sources. i used the parking light wires which get power when you turn the parking lights on so the el glo gauge light turns on whenever parking lights are on and it turns off whenever lights are off. thanks,101 http://www.101propose.com/starquest/wiring.jpg http://www.101propose.com/starquest/wiring-1.jpg http://www.101propose.com/starquest/wiring-2.jpg Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
