Boosted_One
I run 2.5" but I also have 2.5" inlets and outlest on the FUSO IC... For the most part 2.25" wil work fine, providing your IC inlets outlets match the pipe diameter.... I run 2.5" due to the turbo size...
89onaquest
Depends on your flow rate. And what velocity you want. Typically, I will say, before the intercooler, 2.5, after 2.25. that will accomidate the pressure loss, and the velocity loss, and help raise both with the 2.25 after the 'cooler. Lizzord30
I went with 2 1/2 becuse my ic in and out are 3in and my tb in is 2.5in so didnt seam right to have 2 1/4in pipes from a 3in outlet And didnt seam right to have it smaller then the tb inlet. But that doesnt mean its the best setup. It seams to work well for my car.
STARIONCHEF
a basic rule of thumb is to keep the pipe from turbo to cooler the same diameter as the turbo outlet. And cooler to throttle body, use the same diameter as the throttle body. this method will give good airspeed through the pipes as air speed will slow down when the pipe suddenly changes diameter

Lizzord you summed it up well saying this: But that doesnt mean its the best setup. It seams to work well for my car
