BobB
My front springs are sagging, causing front bumper height to be low by 1/2-1". Since new springs are no longer available, do spacers exist that can be dropped into hub under strut bottom to make up for spring height (so camber can be brought within spec)? My camber plate adjustments are maxed out. Thanks,BobB
speedyquest
Sounds like you need to purchase some good used ones or upgrade your suspension. A sagging spring isn't going to be "corrected" with a spacer.
Potamus
A 1/2 inch to an 1 inch lower shouldn't throw your camber off that much that camber plates will not take up the difference I suspect something else is going on.
importwarrior
how are the front strut mounts? cracked ?maybe new strut mounts will raise the car up. mine seem to be almost an inch higher then new ones.when looking at them from the top. JohnnyWadd
There are coil spring spacers that are out there and would fix the sag. Are they the a good fix? Not really. Coil binding at full up travel and other issues... There was an oem coil booster too. Dont forget about the upper mount can be partially collapsed as well like I/W said. http://static.speedwaymotors.com/RS/SR/Product/5501285_L.jpg
