  1. SDRT, I can't read PM's. Please send me info by e-mail at edgar87tsi@yahoo.com. Yes, I'm very interested! Bob
  2. SDRT-- Are you still out there? Bob
  3. SOLD! Do you think they will fit in a big flat rate USPS box? How do you want payment-- I can send you a check or do paypal-- send me an e-mail with sensitive info. Thanks, Bob
  4. I just noticed this thread-- live in Hollister, but would drive 100 miles to attend a get together. How many of us are there now in the greater /expanded bay area? I have an 87 Tsi bought new, with 247K miles on it and going strong! (knock on wood!) Bob
  5. SDRT, Thanks, It looks like they are about 12-5/8" long, which is about 1" shorter than new, but probably 1/2" to 1'' longer than mine. So if that's true, they will provide significant camber relief. How much do you want for them? Bob
  6. In you guys' experience, is it necessary to remove any more than the brake caliper and bracket, and the brake disc in order to access/remove/install the strut assembly? Thanks, BobB
  7. SDRT, Haven't received an e-mail from you yet -- address had a comma before com by mistake-- hope you didn't cut and paste!! BobB
  8. SDRT, Still interested in your 89 Conquest front springs. I can contact you by phone or e-mail. Please let me know which one-- or you can e-mail me at edgar87tsi@yahoo,com. Thanks, BobB
  9. My front springs are sagging, causing front bumper height to be low by 1/2-1". Since new springs are no longer available, do spacers exist that can be dropped into hub under strut bottom to make up for spring height (so camber can be brought within spec)? My camber plate adjustments are maxed out. Thanks, BobB
  10. Thanks for the responses,.. all tempting. Can each of you provide total length of your springs? Also, are 88 and 89 springs all compatible with 87 TSi? BobB
  11. Does anybody know where I can get a set of new front springs for my 87 Conquest TSi? Old ones sagging so badly camber plates are maxed out. Thanks, BobB
