89StarQuestNYC
Sorry, B38 plug on 88 model has about 6" of slack when 89 model has about 20" of slack to reach under dash connection. Thx anyway
MotoCam360
What does B38 plug into? An '89 harness is going to be extremely hard for you to find....low production numbers
89StarQuestNYC
I think it operates some of the Cluster gauges & lights if Not mistaken. Some can correct me if I am wrong. Thx

mopar jon
As far as i can tell, 1988-1989 are the same, even this e-bay listing shows it http://www.ebay.com/itm/Mitsubishi-Starion-Chrysler-Conquest-ECU-engine-computer-harness-wiring-loom-88-/221638897067?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&fits=Model%3AConquest&hash=item339ab52dab&vxp=mtr
89StarQuestNYC
Yes, There is a difference of B38 plug wire length. If you look at photo far right next to ECU Blue & Yellow plug. Is the White B38 plug with like 3" of wire. 1989 harness has about 24" of wire. To my knowledge that is the Only difference. I guess if I don't find one I could Always cut B38 plug & extend wires as needed.
