Leeintheconquest
This winter I plan on dropping my fuel tank and replacing the original fuel pump and doing some TLC in the area. My question is: Is it ok to run more fuel pressure than the original pump does? My fuel system is stock other than Trilogy injectors.
mr-starion
You can run a higher flow pump like a walboro but your fpr is the one that regulates the pressure. The walboro will give room for performance upgrades if you decide to put any. If not just put a good oem style pump in.
creakyjoints
Unless you are higher boost it will just be wasting fuel. Just make sure the lines are clean, new filters and clean the injectors to be sure they are getting a good spray pattern. scott87star
Unless you have a way to tune the additional fuel you'd be getting, don't do it.

Leeintheconquest
Any suggestions on a good brand of pump? Not looking for performance enhancement, just peace of mind.
station
I got a new OEM pump that was a direct replacement, I've heard good things about Bosch 044's, but found the original is the best.
