geesquest Posted February 7, 2014 Report Share Posted February 7, 2014 hello I have a 1989 conquest I have a built 2.6 tsi... 30 over pistons so on ... I have done lots of work on the motor and turbo 2 in plumbing on and on ... I lost the auto matic trans on it now third is slipping .... to much money for to little so now I'm swapping it out for the 3800 v6 im putting in a after market super charger , cam shift kit on trany , stall and remapped ecu ... has any one done this swap before ,,,,any comments or help would be helpful.. geesquest Posted February 7, 2014 Author Report Share Posted February 7, 2014 i'm doing the N/A 3800 with a after market supercharger ......and my uncle builds transmissions and custom torque converters/ stalled out .....I just hope the oil pan will clear without having to modify the cross member ...
