Most aftermarket push-button start setups keep your stock key setup, since the key keeps things secure.

But I'll let you in on a secret. Push button start isn't as cool as you'd hope. I thought it was awesome until I drove an S2000; the novelty wore off instantly. You use a key and then have to push a button? If cars were like that for 100 years and someone came out with the more tumble/start system we'd put that guy on the cover of Time Magazine. Seriously, it that awful.

I have a push button on my truck like that and I don't even notice it, I turn the key then hit the button without thinking about it. I can also run it through the tumble start system incase anyone else is driving it, but I seem to keep pushing the button.
