The cost wasn't the matter...the schmuck was. You get into a car like this understanding it's pricier to maintain...you just don't count on pure unadulterated vandalism...you know? I wish you didnt put on the aftermarkets however. I know the OEMs are expensive but a used set would have probably be the best choice. Nonetheless, hope they work out for you. chiplee Posted April 19, 2014 Report Share Posted April 19, 2014 (edited) Awesome car. It really says something how the M3 0-60 times from 10 years ago compare to the 335i 0-60 times today. M cars have gotten ridiculously fast, and people not willing/able to cough up the dough for an M can get amazing performance at a relative discount. Saw your 5.0" 0-60 stat in post one and was shocked that the fastest non-M 3 series is now faster than the M3 from roughly 10 years ago. She wants to go flat black with all the trim elements in chrome or polished.
