3" downpipe options available

Is the MK2 3" downpipe our only option on the market?

I would like a head to toe 3" downpipe in stainless steel. Is that impossible with our stock turbos? I am planning on doing a 19-c or 20g soon and want to be ready.

I have a 3" system on it now but it is not too appealing and the pipe is custom and not normal downpipe length. I would like to not have to cut the system and keep it for a spare.

I believe the opening to the turbo is 3" and it hooks up just fine to the turbo

I have a beautiful new stainless system that is appropriate for buying the standard length downpipe such as the MK2 But I dont want the flex or the 2.75 - 3 conversion at the top of it if I can help it. Thanks, Lee

The flex section is to help the exhaust move seperatly from the motor and it helps relieve some stress put on the exhaust manifold studs. You want a flex section in your downpipe. Also the MK1 downpipe is a very nice peice. I have it on my car and I have for about a year and not one problem with it. No it is not the only option you have but it is the easiest to get and in my opinion other than making a custom one it is the best choice.
