RWDAddict
With custom brackets, no cutting was needed in putting this in. You will have to drill into the subframe for mounting points but it should just slide in. I'll have to take some pics of where the mounting holes were. It's a 3.5" thick core. Bag-O-Chips has seen it in person and can vouch for it. Bag-O-Chips
This particular Intercooler set is capable of supporting 600whp with out breaking a sweat, Mounting the IC to the car is cake also. With a 4" core it's more than what the average 20G guy will know what to do with. As far as the bolts that go through the End tanks go, Spearco was innovative enough to weld through holes inside the end tanks to have a secondary mounting options for ease of installation. I my self have verified this because it looked peculiar. I've also seen the Synapse BOV in action, it's a very unique yet rugged BOV. I myself run dual Synapse Wastegates and I have not experienced a more solid performing part until I've used Synapse Diaphram less parts For the price for the whole setup it is a great value. Spearco and Garrett are among 2 of the best Core manufacturers in the market. If I remember correctly Spearco utilizes Garret Cores.

Bag-O-Chips
It does work for TBi, the OVCP will just have to be routed to the driverside.

RWDAddict
It was welded on but there was a pinhole in the weld so we just wrapped her up in JBWeld to make sure.
