Haha, whats up with the ghost in the first pic?

Error on my part those photos are long exposure shots and when I was "light painting" the side with the backdrop so bright the camera caught me in action lol

So I got the radiator in the other day, cooling has vastly improved over the stock unit and the work involved was minimal (most being taking it to get welded as we don't own a tig welder) here's a few pictures..

Had "L" brackets put on and to hold my two e-fans are like zipties that get capped (can't recall what they are called) your local auto store should carry them though.

Stock hose was trimmed lightly then flipped.

I bought 16mm bungs that I was going to use for the fan switches but I bought them in steel so that was not applicable with the aluminum radiator. So the welder used some type of spacer and I went and bought him a 16mm x 1.5 tap switches work great.

Here's the secondary

Hopefully I'll figure out what injectors to run here soon and get my mpi conversion moving.

Sorry Robert couldn't resist lol. Next I'm setting up some booms. Haha. No but in all seriousness you take some great pictures, and I don't derive much from them because they are exactly the type of pictures I like taking. I try to change it a little but there isn't much that can be done with a completely dark surrounding, unless of course I invest in some major lighting equipment and for a tandem that's not the best idea to run with all that in the back. Just saying lol.

The radiator is awesome! where did you get the mounts and bungs welded on?

did it cost alot?

Yea it came out really nice. Eric at ADF out here did the tig welding. It was 70 for it all which isn't bad in my option especially for the quality.

Light painting FTW. What are your equipment specs?? Cam, and flashlight type. Looks good, but your white balance settings male the car look silver... bring out the beauty of L05 in post mang!!

Looks great otherwise, you are definitely leveling up!! Can't wait to see more.

I'm using a Canon 600D at the moment and for these pictures I was using a much older lens 35mm-80mm versus my ef 18mm-55mm. Which would have given me a wider shot but I wanted to see what the old one was capable of. My light was a little hand held led that I keep in the car which is much more blue then let's say a cellphones flash thus creating the odd color even with wb adjustments I couldn't really save it much. I do have another shot similar to the one I posted here that is much more green. I may switch them out when I upload it.

But I appreciate it. The more practice the better. Hopefully I'll get something else going here soon.

Nice retouch on the picture. The moon is a nice addition. How did you correct the paint? Hue adjustment?

Also some of you know already know but in the beginning of December my thermostat housing broke and I adapted a dodge ram 50 one in it's place. I'll take some shots of that and the new downpipe I had made earlier today.

Thermo housing:

now it's as an AN fitting so when I step up the turbo I can easily route coolant to it with a nice braided line

Okay so update I got everything ready for my mpi swap aside from the injectors.fuel pump, and fpr that's being shipped..I got a nice window away from work and I want to dive into this but I'm a little freaked out.. I think I need some encouragement lol. Wish there was another local that's done this before to help me with it but it is what it is. So within the next day or so we'll see what happens.

...well another late start today but I got the bumper off to clear out the old intercooler and got the throttle body and such off. Was hoping for the entire intake manifold to be out of the equation but I called it a night..

http://i874.photobucket.com/albums/ab308/LAJits-media/photobucket-7362-1361948180725_zpsf09cf3a0.jpg

Also this is probably stupid but damn... the stock throttle plate is a dwarf compared to this bbk 70mm lol.
