89PalermoSHP Posted October 24, 2010 Report Share Posted October 24, 2010 (edited) do's: make one, test fit it, and take pictures, buy extra material if you plan on making more, incorporate a flex section into it, add a bung for a wideband O2 sensor and a plug for those not yet that far. dont's: ask people to make a deposit so you can purchase materials, start making something that hasnt been thoroughly test fit, expect one jig/design to fit all cars... figure into the design a way people can adjust the fit, do it because you need to make some money.
