I think that car looks very good its NOT lightly modded and that interior is very rare. If anything you shouldn't be whining about the price you should be praising it because it's only gunna make the value of yours go up. I also think these cars should be worth more but guess what... its reality there not. I don't think the way of the cars value going up is by jacking up the price, there just not worth that much sorry. I think with the government smashing and demoing cars will help the value or our cars eventually but not much, just look at some of the cars on here that are over $4,000 and see how long it takes them to sell, most haven't even sold and won't....its sad but but true. 89PalermoSHP Posted July 1, 2009 Report Share Posted July 1, 2009 i think its a great price but i doubt it will break $3500. the color is horrid and the stripes look like butt. the only cars that will go for 7500 are stockers with under 40k on them that still smell like the showroom. and what one car sells for will not increase the value of anyones car... sorry, these arent mustangs or camaros from the 60's... they will probably never increase in value. You can say what you want but there is no way I would praise this car for anything. That "rare" interior doesn't add another 2k to the price dude. I know people that have bought great running quest for under a grand easily and Consistently. I have friends that have bought running mpi cars for thousands less than this car's buy it now price. This IS a lightly modded quest in my opinion. There's no major mods dude. And I HIGHLY doubt that because some dude thinks his car is hot stuff and post his car on ebay for an outrageous price will Ever make the value of my cars, or anyone else's for that matter go up. L4S thats what i was thinking... i think the value went down because of the paint(as with 98.5% of all non-oem paint jobs). funny that you mention the rare interior scotty dont... if you see in his listing he has the interior color listed as blue! its my favorite interior but its as faded as it can get. heck, the similar seats i have look 15 years newer. I wouldn't forget that orange and white racing stripes. I was hoping to give it a test drive but apparently he moved. I mean look at the ocean pics, thats Hampton Roads. I'd bet my turbo on it.
