brianpaul98
I have been asked by quite a few member this year if I would post my steel braided lines on the boards. If you want something specific just let me know as I deal exclusively with Earls and have two other major suppliers that can get just about any Metric, AN, NPT fittings in just about any combination you could want. If I can't get it I can possibly make it for you as I do my turbo oil feed line fittings. There are a variety of color combinations available so just ask if you don't see what your after. 8AN THERMOSTAT HOUSING AND WATER PUMP COOLANT LINES -$39.99 ***PRICE DROP*** http://i917.photobucket.com/albums/ad20/brianarnone2009/8ANSSCoolantLine1.jpg http://i917.photobucket.com/albums/ad20/brianarnone2009/8ANSSThermostatHousingCoolantLine.jpg http://i917.photobucket.com/albums/ad20/brianarnone2009/8ANSSWaterPumpCoolantLinePic4.jpg http://i917.photobucket.com/albums/ad20/brianarnone2009/ANFittingColors2.jpg http://i917.photobucket.com/albums/ad20/brianarnone2009/EarlsAnodizedHoseEnds.jpg DIRECT FIT COOLANT LINES - $30.99 http://i917.photobucket.com/albums/ad20/brianarnone2009/CoolantLines2.jpg FULL 8AN COOLANT LINE - $80.00 http://i917.photobucket.com/albums/ad20/brianarnone2009/LSP8ANCoolantLineKit.jpg http://i917.photobucket.com/albums/ad20/brianarnone2009/Waterneck-ANFitting.jpg FUEL LINE KIT - $89.99 (Will Need Your Upper Fuel Rail) http://i917.photobucket.com/albums/ad20/brianarnone2009/SteelBraidedFuelLineAssembly.jpg http://i917.photobucket.com/albums/ad20/brianarnone2009/FuelRailAssembly.jpg http://i917.photobucket.com/albums/ad20/brianarnone2009/Red-BlueSteelBraidedFuelReturnLine.jpg http://i917.photobucket.com/albums/ad20/brianarnone2009/FuelFilterAssembly.jpg http://i917.photobucket.com/albums/ad20/brianarnone2009/FuelFilterFitting.jpg OIL FEED LINE KIT - $40.00 I now have three choices for the oil feed lines, they come in plain uncovered stainless, clear covered stainless or black covered stainless. brianpaul98
The direct fit coolant lines that are on the price list replace the two factory rubber lines while still using the factory steel hard lines. They are not the AN lines shown in the first picture. For some reason I can't find the picture of the direct fit steel braided coolant line from the thermostat housing installed but in the below picture you can see where it goes circled in red. This is the pair of direct fit coolant lines you will receive. http://2.6liter.com//files/53/Coolant%20Lines%202.JPG This picture shows the factory rubber hose the thermostst housing steel braided coolant line replaces. http://2.6liter.com//files/53/Short%20Direct%20Fit%20Coolant%20Line.JPG You can see the direct fit water pump coolant line in the picture below. http://2.6liter.com//files/53/SS%20Braided%20Oil%20Drainback%20and%20Coolant%20Line.JPG Shipping cost with delivery confirmation for the direct fit coolant lines is $5.25 through USPS priority mail. If you want them insured for $36.00 the total will $6.90. If you want other items I will combine shipping to save you as much as I can. Only USPS money orders are accepted and Paypal. If you will use Paypal you must have a confirmed shipping address. Please be aware that the fee will be added for all Paypal transactions. If you have any questions please let me know. chiplee
Just got my oil return, and water feed and return lines installed and they're great. Had to have custom lengths made because my header holds the turbo farther from the block than stock but the delivery time was still really fast and quality is top notch. http://i212.photobucket.com/albums/cc82/chipleeiii/Picture003.jpg http://i212.photobucket.com/albums/cc82/chipleeiii/Picture002.jpg

brianpaul98
Either set of coolant lines I sell will work without modifications. The difference is with the direct fit lines you just remove the factory rubber lines and put the direct fit lines in their place. With the 8AN lines you remove the factory rubber hoses and the factory steel hard lines and replace them with the complete 8AN coolant line kit. http://2.6liter.com//files/53/8AN%20SS%20Water%20Pump%20Coolant%20Line%20Pic%204.JPG The kit comes with the steel braided line and the adapter which replaces the poor flowing banjo fittings. http://2.6liter.com//files/53/8AN%20SS%20Coolant%20Line%201.JPG Please contact me before ordering to be sure I have everything in stock at that time. I'm not out of stock often but I do get orders coming in every day so I may be waiting for a new shipment of fittings to come in. If everything is in stock I will ship the next business day after your payment is received. Shipping cost with delivery confirmation for the oil feed line and the oil drain back line is $5.95 through USPS priority mail. If you want them insured for $75.00 the total shipping cost will be $8.00. If you want other items I will combine shipping to save you as much as I can. Only USPS money orders are accepted and Paypal. If you will use Paypal you must have a confirmed shipping address. Please be aware that the fee will be added for all Paypal transactions. Contact me with whatever lines your interested in and I will send you an invoice. If you have any questions please let me know. brianpaul98
Hello Daniel, I was having a difficult time getting back on the site this past week and I'm not sure I fully answered your question. I have direct fit coolant lines that just replace the factory rubber coolant hoses. They are the easiest of the coolant lines to swap out for someone that doesn't want to start taking things apart. Then I have the 8AN coolant lines that you need to remove the banjo fittings on the turbo and take off the steel coolant hardlines along with the factory rubber lines. You get adapters with the 8AN lines and screw them into the turbo and the fitting just screws onto the adapter. The other end of the line just pushes over the factory water pipe on the thermostat housing or the water pump and uses a hose clamp to tighten it up. This is still just a bolt on setup, no drilling or tapping involved. The top of the line is the FULL 8AN steel braided coolant lines which you remove the small pipe from the thermostat housing and from the water pump then drill and tap the hole so an additional adapter fitting can be installed. http://2.6liter.com//files/53/Waterneck%20-AN%20Fitting.JPG This means you have an 8AN fitting at the turbo and at the water pump / thermostat housing for a completly sealed system that will not leak. This is a great upgrade for an engine that you will already be changing the water pump or the thermostst housing pipe is corroded, pitted and already leaking. I checked Autozone and Advance and both say they can get new (not remanufactured) water pumps for about $50.00 plus tax with a lifetime warranty. I was told by the dealer the thermostat housings are no longer available the last time I ordered them just a month ago so you might want to grab up a spare just in case yours ever gets so bad you can't stop it from leaking. If you wanted to send me the water pump and thermostat housing I can also install the fittings for you. If you have any other questions please let me know. Brian how much is shipping to 95116 for the direct fit coolent lines..??those are the first pic correct?? i wouldnt have to tap the t-housing for it right?? thanks man Daniel
brianpaul98
Hello Sully, Sorry for the confusion and I want to apologize for this delay. I wanted to straighten up this post but in the past week or so I couldn't get my password to work because the site had flip flopped back to the original site, then it wasn't working at all and now its back to the new site again. Every time I went to log in I couldn't access my acount until just today. Ok, this line your asking about is the 8AN thermostst housing coolant line and it's $45.00 plus shipping. It has the 8AN fitting at the turbo eliminating the banjo fitting and factory hard line and it just pushes onto the thermostat housing. There is a hose clamp inside the Earls hose end for easy installation. No drilling and tapping involved. Let me know if you have any other questions and I will be happy to answer them for you. How much is this one? All those prices for different cooling lines has me confused. I wanna make sure I'm getting the right one. http://2.6liter.com//files/53/8AN%20SS%20Thermostat%20Housing%20Coolant%20Line.JPG
brianpaul98
Hey Chip, I wish I knew your turbo compressor housing was bigger I would have put a 45 degree fitting on the thermostat housing side of the turbo for better clearance. The lines look great. Thanks Just got my oil return, and water feed and return lines installed and they're great. Had to have custom lengths made because my header holds the turbo farther from the block than stock but the delivery time was still really fast and quality is top notch. http://i212.photobucket.com/albums/cc82/chipleeiii/Picture003.jpg http://i212.photobucket.com/albums/cc82/chipleeiii/Picture002.jpg
brianpaul98
UPPER FUEL INJECTOR RAILS NEEDED I am in dire need of the upper fuel injector rails for my fuel line kits. busdriver
I'd like to order a set of oil cooler lines, and the 8AN coolant line that pushes on at the thermostat housing. The short oil drainback, and below that is a 1/2" U shaped rubber hose connecting two metal tubes. One of the metal tube goes to the passenger side of turbo. The other runs along the engine below the exhaust manifold and around to the heater hoses. I'd like a fitting and line from the right side of the turbo and clamp to the metal tube just below the drainback line. Please let me know, including quote and paypal fees. Thanks
brianpaul98
I have about 8 intake manifolds, throttle body's and more mixer housings than I care to look at. The problem is I sold all the upper fuel rails with my fuel line kits and didn't get a core back every time so I eventually ran out of them. I have 2 complete intake manifolds, fuel rail, throttle body, injectors . PM me if your interested.
ptracy26
Brian worked with me on custom lines and was very helpful. Not one problem. You may not agree with my FP setup, but its not touching the radiator hose. Again the key here is that he provided me what I wanted in custom lengths/sizes/colors. http://skarproductions.com/Conquest/2361.JPG Edited April 3, 2008 by ptracy26
gofastredstar
Yep, no worries about ordering from Brian, I have a turbo coolant line, and oil cooler lines made up from Brain. Top notch, and worth the $ because no running around trying to figure out what size fittings you need. Great communication, and got them to me in a "rush" because I wanted to get car running and didn't plan far enough ahead to get the lines.
