JustBreathe Posted April 25, 2007 Report Share Posted April 25, 2007 Hey everyone. I just bought a pair of Kicker S8L7 subwoofers 450w rms/900w max each. They are small and pack a solid punch. Way louder than any of my friends thought they would hit, and I only have about 150w rms powering them up! The box, I built with my uncle and is a perfect fit for our small trunks. I have an 87 and I can even leave the hatch cover thing on w/ no problem. The box is ported and each sub has its own chamber. I do have an amp if anyone wants that and a 1.6 farad capacitor. The amp is a pyle 1000w max, which is whats powering them right now. Just a note, the amp doesnt have nearly enough rms power to bring out the best of these speakers. I need to sell this stuff because I need money, I just moved to Houston from NY and things are getting tighter than I thought they would. I'll let the subs and box go for $250. If you want the amp and farad as well Ill sell them for $100 for both. If anyone is interested please feel free to call me at 832-248-7587 or leave me a private message. I will have pics soon.
