Chad
I was told by Oscar that they are a non standard metric fitting, that for his line kits he had to get them imrted from europe. Not sure of how rare they are,b ut don't expect to find the answer here. If you find out, please share, I want to get some myself, both supply and return. I I have some lines I can measure, I'll go see what they are...
MontyTSI
is it possible to drill and tap the hole? a slow drill with petroleum jelly caked on it will keep 99 percent of the shaving out of the pump

Richie_Rich
I use a 1st gen PS pump on my car, so if they make an adapter for braided, it would go right on.

emagdnim
So, is that an inverted seal on the 14mm end... so it will seal? Do you have the Jegs Part number? Here is your picture posted.... http://www.blissland.net/starquest/zack/2006_images/100_0075.jpg
zactek
Nope, it's not an inverted seal..........don't need it.. I've been running this way for years with 0 leaks. It's a normal aluminum adapter with a little pipe-threading compound on the threads, 14mm to -6AN Summit P/N RUS-670520Oh, and it's the same adapter on the power steering box end as well........ Chad
the small supply line is an 8 mm OD tube, the return a 10 mm OD tube. the threads are 14/1.5 mm supply, and 16/1.5 mm return, non tapered. You can make one If you took a bolt with the metric threads and drilled out the center, tapped one end for a AN fitting, and drilled a propeprly sized/angled recess for the pipe connection on the box/pump. You could modify a drill bit for this function. It can all be done on a lathe, infact, I think I'm going to do it bacause I want one myself
MontyTSI
probably a little late to jump in and ask.. sam do you think there is any chance of that circle track pump over powering the stock seals in the steering box?
emagdnim
Monty, it looks to me like the bigger pulley would flow less then the stocker? I wouldn't think it would be a problem.
MontyTSI
i was thinking the pump itself may push more fluid than our stocker it just hit me as a concern you may want to think about

For the return line, I cut off the stock metal line and left about 1 1/2 in. of tubing, flared it, and used a braided line to clamp on the metal flared line.Has been working for years with no leaks.........
