Rear Shelf fix
By Professor,
The rear shelf is made of pressed board with carpet on it. Mine broke in the middle and sagged down. I thought about taking the carpet off and fiberglassing the break. That would be a real pain. The rubber molding on the back edge is hollow inside. I put a 1/4" rod into the hollow molding and the shelf is straight again. If you are trying to get rid of weight, this is not the way to do it. But then if you are trying to get rid of weight, you would remove the shelf anyway.
Preventing Rust
By Dzone,
I have a Starion from California with what looks to have no rust.
I notice that water tends to gather up on the inside of the front fenders, right under the door hinge.
I notice that I had wet mud so I flushed it out with a hose and suck it up with a vac.
Then I stuck a light bulb inbetween the door jamb in front to see.
I looks almost all clean but found a tiny bit of rust starting, hard to see but about the size of a dime.
I dont wanna remove the front fender. So could I just dry out
Has Anybody Had This Problem?
By Project_Demon,
Lately I've been having this problem with my car. Whenever I go to turn my headlights off in my car the switch gets stuck. It also happens on the other side where the switches are. I don't know what's up with this. Do I need to buy a whole new switchboard area or do I take it apart and clean it??
Also, where is a good site to purchase the headlights for the car??
Thanks
