Anybody ever use these? Benefits over single spring? Anything I should know about installing them?

ok so i had bought a maft from a guy on here and now i had the car running without the ic pipe on for about 20-30 secs. i put the ic pipe back on and checked a couple other things and now it will not start it will turn over and try but wont. i opened up the translator and all the knobs are on 0 and the 4 little switches to the left are off. i am not running a wideband either and my 3 in gm maf is pulling through to my turbo. If anyone could give me some ideas to where to put my knobs to i would
