shifter buzz normal?
By Lance_S,
3500 to around 4200 rpm. swapped all the motor and tranny mounts to find that it made it a bit worse. The old mounts must have been softer so they weren't transferring the buzz as well as the new ones. I thought it might be the flywheel or clutch so when I replaced the clutch I checked the flywheel and it was in balance. The new PP was balanced by a race shop before I purchased it. It buzzed just the same with the old clutch as it did the new one. replaced the UV joints in the driveshaft,
Got my 100Amp alt in
By Killtodie,
Got that 100amp alt in today. Looks good, a bit longer out the back, has an additional plastic cover. Looks good otherwise, I'll post pics a bit later. Going to install it later today as well. It's Valeo brand, a French electric company, so you know its good! just an FYI Pic update: http://i.imgur.com/b9ZMK.jpg http://i.imgur.com/iZVv5.jpg http://i.imgur.com/5nYkB.jpg
Is there a way to test the ECU?
By VoloStarion,
I have traced all my wiring back to the ECU to check all connections for power etc. My car still doesn't have fuel or spark. The fuel pump is getting fuel to the injectors but nothing will happen. I am thinking my ECU is dead. Is there a way to check it to know for sure? I know on the 3000GT there is a way to check with a mutimeter but what about Starion? Thank You
