I have a '87conquest, I'm going to buy a '89 engine. I would like to know if I can use the '87engine part on the '89 engine? Can the '89 engine fit to a '87 transmission? Anyone knows? Thanks.

I'm thinking about picking up the following bluetooth adapter for megasquirt and I was wondering if anyone is already doing something similar?   https://www.efianalytics.com/products/class1Bluetooth.html   My idea is to use this and a laptop with a bluetooth dongle so I don't have to use any kind of serial cable.

I want to add a little more thump to my system by adding a 8" subwoofer and maybe a 200W mono amp. I was thinking of mounting a free air one on the left side side panel (where the power antenna would be if I had one!) using a piece of MDF for support. The whole idea is not to take up any of what little trunk space there is in our cars. I'm guessing a shallow mount sub might fit the bill as there is only about 5" of depth available and I reckon there may be enough volume there to make it work. Wh
