I am all for modifying a car to look better but just don't understand when the modification actually hinders the safety of the car. Mainly my concern is lighting. I don't think anyone will disagree on how important the right lighting is while driving at night, so why do people install these HID's with the 8000k color spectrum which is a blue or purple light and nowhere close to stock brightness??? How about the blacked out foglights and tail lights???? I can understand putting brighter bulbs in

First off the car was running very good, at idel at mid and wot. I boosted it up to 20+ lbs and then noticed that it now was ideling funny felt like it was missing, but with any amount of throttle it was smooth...but still ideling as if it was missing, this was a few days ago. My car runs pretty well. I took it on a 500 mile trip for work on Monday and it didn't miss a beat on the highway, temp gauge just under 1/2 at 80mph with the A/C on. My problem is that in city traffic / stop and go, in chicago, on the scumbag Edens, it runs hot. My A/C seems to accelerate the problem.
