Tips On Removing Stubborn Screws?

So I have some "Excalibur" screws holding my ECU in place apparently. I've semi-stripped the head of the screw trying to get it off. Anybody have any good tips on removing such screws? It's making a simple job so much more difficult and frustrating...

Hey all, I've opened a can of worms in my car by pulling the dash to repair all of the electrical gremlins in my car. When I got it, all of the interior options were working but when putting my boost gauge etc in I found a TON of issues with wiring--insulation stripped from them and just left there, or wires wrapped around and poorly electrical taped (no mechanical connections or solder). I fixed all of these by cutting and splicing the wires back together with heat shrink around them so there

Posting this information here as I am not able to reply to speedyquests post. Power steering hoses are available at most auto parts stores for our cars. part numbers are 91905 (return) and 91620 (pressure). These will most likely be a special order item as the low volume of our cars but are still available. hopefully this will help someone.
