Ok here's the deal, my engine is being swapped out today and i'm told the turbo leaks and the exhaust mainfold is cracked. Now if i run it with the exhaust leak til i buy a new manifold is it going to hurt anything at all? And if i buy a new turbo from mitsu and decide to go to a 16g am i going to have to mod anything to get it to fit or will it settle right in?

I have a mostly stock 87 conquest. Im looking to do some upgrades to it this spring. 60-1, I got it all on and fixed the oil burning problem...too bad the nut came loose and the compressor wheel scraped the housing about 10 times..in the first 5 miles.
