So my cars idling at 1500 all the time. If you start it up cold, it will start at around 1200, then slowly raise to 1500. It seems to drive fine other than the 1500 issue. I thought it could be the primary sticking open, so i switched it out so thats not it. Also i shut off the car, unplugged the isc motor, and started it up it still idles at 1500. Could the isc be stuck? Gimme some things to check guys!

so i am new to the whole conquest thing... i was traded an 87 tsi with minor issues im not exactly sure what is going on... when i put my foot on the gas it seems that the car doesnt want to push anything. if you lightly touch the gas it will go but slowly... it wont push any boosted and im about half tempted to just sell it if you have any ideas that might help please let me know thank you
