im thinking of going to a evo3 big 16g turbo will the stock fuel system handle this running 14 to 15 psi?

so I searched   and searched again........   what do you call the vertical divider in the TB???   and can it be removed for more flow? or is there a valid reason for it?   no MPI cars have this divided TB but it isn't an MPI car.
