    One issue after another geez!!!

    Oh man... so I took the car out for a test drive today after installing a used driveshaft ( had a lot of vibration when doing hwy speeds)... but now when I down shift the car violently vibrates... The car even got stuck where it wouldn't come out of gear no matter how hard I tried to force it out....I was stranded for an hour or so before I was able to get it un stuck,,,, Is there a possibility I got the wrong driveshaft? I mean this drive shaft was off of a 87 tsi and mines a flatty.... there i

    im putting in new ones but i ran into something im unsure of, i want to know how to get the top nut off the bal joint, i took a look and it seems theres a plate on the bottom of the strut that the ball joint goes into and it has an arm off the end that the tie rod attaches to but My point is does the plate support the strut and btw my cars on a lift ,thanks for any help

    can a swap a flatty idler arm into a fatty

    i know the flatty is a 2 bolt and the fatty is a 3 bolt but can i swap them, the reason i want to is cause i cant find new bearings or seals for the intercooled idler arm but the bushings for the non intercooled idler arm are everywhere
