The gasket under the throttle body has 3 holes side by side on the edge of the throttle plate hole. should they be punched out of the gasket because i got 2 gaskets a gray paper one and a fel-pro print-o-seal and both did not have the holes cut out? should i cut the holes or not for my tb rebuild? thanks in advance guys!

So I've decided after letting it sit nearly a year to just sell off all my parts and build. Its pretty extensive.
