    Factory Spark advance curve

    Ok, I'm planning on converting from our distributor, to a MSD driven C-On-P or Coil-Near-Plug setup. I'm going to lockout the distributor and use it as a cam Cyl-1 reference. I will get a Toothed crank wheel for my other reference. That wll allow individual timing adjustments per cylinder.   What does the factory timing curve look like? I hope to bring some more advance under vacuum for better MPG and spool up and then be able to pull timing as boost rises (Best of all worlds).   Comments, ques

    i picked up my frist starquest 87tsi, so im pulling the bay apart and pulling the 2.6t and 5 speed which will be for sale anyways im planing what are people doing with the abs pump? are they going to a non abs pro vavle? and what wringing needs to stay? and yes ive read most if not all the jz swap which is my plan   thanks for your time jerrid

    under tb gasket holes?

    The gasket under the throttle body has 3 holes side by side on the edge of the throttle plate hole. should they be punched out of the gasket because i got 2 gaskets a gray paper one and a fel-pro print-o-seal and both did not have the holes cut out? should i cut the holes or not for my tb rebuild? thanks in advance guys!
