1986 Flatty Technica no start condition

I purchased an 86 flatty about five months ago and it had a few issues at the time of purchase. There were exhaust leaks around the turbo assembly and it was running rough. What I mean by rough is that it would crank up and drive, but it had very little power, and seemed to bog down when I got into the throttle. I did a few basic things like fix the exhaust leak in the muffler and changed out the plugs, distributor cap. It didn't really run any better. I asked around about a suitable mechanic to

Curious if this guy might be a member, first time Ive ever spotted another starquest randomly(only seen members cars after meeting on here). I was really giddy, pulled up next to him and gave a thumbs up and he waved back. His window was up and I wasnt trying to be more awkward so I headed off. So I finally got back to getting this 87 Palmero car running. This was Fanta's Car and it came with just a few problems.... First I spent a couple hours working on the wife's cavalier. Then I spent the next couple hours working on the quest. I replaced my belts, and rear brake pads, and replaced the orings on the injectors and replaced the 2 screws in the top hat with Allen headshttp://i148.photobucket.com/albums/s5/allen405/20130427_175308.jpg I happened to notice the trim outside the door almost fell off so I have to take some interior out and refasten that, looks like the nut fell off is allhttp://i148.photobuck
