MPI passing DEQ in Oregon?

I knwo there are a few members here in oregon right now. I'm curious, will DEQ pass you with an MPI?

Saw the pics and the thing looks great, looks like it will flow well...........question is.....anybody runnin one yet? also, this one for Mike.........I know the mounting flange for the turbo is garrett based (t3/4?)...........will a stock TD06 cyclone/typhoon turbo exhaust housing bolt to this flange or will the flange need the mounting holes modified??

I don't know how much discussion there has been on the boards recently about this but, my brother and I have been working on getting this setup on our Conquests. Â We have had it temporarily hooked up and test started with the car parked. Â This Sunday, we will have it hooked up for road tests. Â The results so far have been this.... the car has never idled this good ever. Â The reason why the Conquest has had an imperfect idle is because of the crappy mitsu MAS! Upgrading to multiport injector???

I'm not seeing any posts that actually cover the concept of going to a multiport injection system. Unless I am confused as to what that is. I was understanding that a multiport injector would not have a throttlebody, thus the difference between TBI and MPI. But everthing I'm seing on the subject posted on this board, still deals with relocating the TB and whatnot. Am I mistaken as to what multiport fuel injection is?
