Having some stalling issues with my 87 Conquest after the battery went dead(left lights on..duh) so I decided to perform the TPS/ISC reset. While performing step four in the procedure,I kept comming up with 1.38v between the green and black wire. Engine is warmed up thourghly-enough for the fan to kick on.
