Long Time Listener First Time Caller
By HiDef,
Hey everyone, Here is my story, (TL:DR version and pictures at the very end) For the last 5ish years now I've wanted a project car, I'm a mechanical engineer and a project car would let me flex my "buildin' and fixin' muscles" quite nicely. What is the downside of getting these plates? I (think) you are restriced to only 3,000 miles a year, but who is going to check?? Also, I think you are only allowed to use the car to/from parades, a garage, car shows, etc and not for daily use. Does that mean a cop can give me a ticket for driving the car at 2 am coming back
