I bought one and put a tee on the nipple on the hard pipe that goes to the waste gate. Low and behold the boost guage berrly moved so I thought it was broke. But I took put my finger over the hose and nothing no boost no vacume no nothing. Is that normal or is that thing pluged and if it is what effect on the turbo would that have
