Has any one seen these i just found them on ebay what is everyones opinion one these?

In red the upper part with the shifter and radio,in great shape no imperfections.

Done this four times now and only cracked one   Step 1 carefully feed the wire through the sealer and try to get under the glass. I got my shifter but cant figure how to remove the center console without breaking it,I cant find the tabs,any advice please?
