I used a paperclip and tested the wires and the gauge works, it goes full and empty with the right wires tripped, but only read a quarter of a tank when connected to the sending unit. Is there another ground some where that will work correctly? It reads ok for a while then runs to a quarter of a tank and will not read correctly. My hatch needs adjustment, if that has anythin

anyone have pics or good description of visual difference of 86 vs later model MAS?
By boostintsi,
Recently sold mas airflow that came off of my 86 quest(may of 86). Buyer just disputed saying I sent the wrong mas, says I sent one for 87-89. Now I know the mas I sent him was what was on my 86 when I bought it, just curious if you guys have a photo reference or plug ID on the differences so I can determine if I made a mistake unknowingly or if possibly buyer has an 86 that was manufactured after October which would technically be an 87. I don't want to screw anyone and I just want to make sure
