Ok guys, having a little bit of an issue with my 86 flatty once again. It's having a hesatation issue when you rev it in neutral and when your driving under a load as well. If your in neutral, I can rev it up as high as I want if I slowly increase the throttle. If I stab the petal to the floor it will start sputtering at different rpms sometimes it will start at 1500 rpm and won't climb past.
