My daily driver is a 93 saturn coupe w/twin cam 1.9. The charge wire off the BAT terminal on the alternator goes directly to the same stud the starter cable from the battery goes to.The stock wre was a little 12 ga. wire in stock form.Not a fuse link wire.I replaced it with a 4ga wire before I built my stereo.The charge current esentially goes directly back to the battery.Car hasn't burnt down yet. Has anybody tried this on ther starquest?To me this car(Saturn)is a backwards sob .i don't care
